The Business Model for Success

Coaches across Continents will provide the following services, funds and/or goods to organizations that demonstrate a shared vision for the value of using football (soccer) to develop life and leadership skills for children in developing regions:

  1. The services of experienced football educators to work with partner organizations in developing regions to educate local coaches, work with local children and provide a ‘cascade model’ that coaches coaches to coach coaches thus ultimately creating community leaders. If necessary and where possible, soccer equipment will be provided as part of this program.
  2. Funds and services for placement and mentor programs for coaches travelling from a developing region to gain experience working for a soccer program in the USA, before returning to their communities to work with local children.
  3. Travel funds and coaching program services for coaches and children traveling to developing regions to ‘play and learn’ with children. If necessary and where possible, soccer equipment will be provided as part of this program.
  4. Full and partial funding for teams of children travelling from a developing region to learn through soccer with children from the US.
  5. A complete on-line ‘education through football’ service program with individually designed curriculum and year-round mentoring.
